Abi founded Malmesbury Bookkeeping in 2021 with a simple mission: to support small business owners by taking the stress out of managing their day-to-day finances. Since then, she has grown the business into a trusted and supportive practice that she is incredibly passionate about.

A natural problem solver with a genuine love of helping others, Abi particularly enjoys untangling tricky bookkeeping issues and tackling a good reconciliation challenge!

Abi achieved a First Class Honours Degree from the University of Bristol and is a Level 3 Qualified Bookkeeper.   

​

Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her two daughters, swimming, and walking the family dog Sidney. 

Michael joined Abi as Co-Director in 2026 after seeking a career change, bringing with him a wealth of experience in team leadership, data management, and inventory control. 

​

Michael is passionate about using Xero to keep financial records accurate, organised, and up to date. He is always looking for ways to enhance and streamline bookkeeping processes.

When Michael isn't working, he can be found having fun with his two daughters or watching a classic movie.

Tammy joined Malmesbury Bookkeeping Ltd in 2022, bringing with her many years of experience across a wide range of accounting roles. Her career in finance began at 18 in credit control for a newspaper company, and since then she has developed a real passion for working with numbers.

Tammy particularly enjoys the variety that comes with her role, thriving on the challenge of supporting clients across different industries — no two days are ever the same.

Outside of work, she loves travelling, exploring new places, and attending live music events and festivals with her family.

Leanne joined the team in 2023 after working in retail management. Her exceptional organisational skills and keen eye for detail make her a valued member of the team, helping to ensure our clients receive efficient support.

Leanne understands that every business is different and takes pride in tailoring her approach to meet each client’s individual needs. She is proficient in both Xero and QuickBooks and is currently studying for her Level 2 Bookkeeping qualification.

Outside of work, Leanne enjoys spending quality time with her family and taking fun day trips together.

Charlotte joined our team in 2022 as an experienced Bookkeeper and Accounts Assistant. With a specialism in Xero and Hubdoc, she has worked with a wide range of clients, including charities and businesses with complex VAT requirements.

When she’s not supporting clients, Charlotte enjoys yoga and fitness, both as a participant and instructor. She also values spending quality time with her daughter, friends, and her much-loved dog, Frank.

With over 15 years of experience in accounts, Sam is passionate about making numbers simple and easy to understand. She enjoys helping businesses feel confident and in control of their finances and takes pride in providing clear, supportive guidance to clients.

Having joined Malmesbury Bookkeeping in 2025, she is enjoying being part of a friendly and supportive team.

Outside of work, she is a proud mum to Grace, who keeps her smiling every day!

Vanessa joined us in 2026 as an Accounts Assistant. With experience running her own business, she brings strong organisational skills and a practical understanding of the challenges faced by business owners.

When she’s not at work, Vanessa enjoys spending time outdoors with her two young children, especially on their family farm.
